Answers to Our Most Common Questions

How do I place an order?

Simply order and pay for the items you like online. We only accept a limited number of flower arrangements each week, so ordering early is essential to avoid missing out.

How do I send you, my flowers?

- We advise all our customers to send flowers promptly to us, ideally 1-2 days after the event for freshness.
- Once you have placed your order you will be emailed detailed instructions on how to pack and post your flowers to us, we will also send you a reminder email ahead of your event date.

Will all my flowers hold their shape and colour?

We will put your flowers in silica sand on the day of arrival and will select the best flowers from your bouquet ensuring we have enough to complete your order, as such we may not dry all of your flowers and are unable to return any that are unused. Any unused flowers will be disposed of on the same day.

Some flowers may change in colour through the drying process as the moisture is extracted from the petals this change is completely normal and part of the process of flower preservation.

Common changes include:
- Pink can turn a shade darker or lighter depending on the variety
- Reds can change to a deep shade of burgundy
- Orange flowers tend to fade dramatically
- Light pink can change to a soft shade of lilac
- White flowers can change to an off white/cream or a soft yellow shade they can also appear to have translucent spots once placed in resin.

Some flowers will show signs of bruising, which is only visible once placed in the resin this is out of a resin artists control and occurs at any point from the florist handling the flowers to them being handled on your wedding day to them being in transit.

If your flowers are too large for the selected casting shape, we’ll reach out to offer you an alternative option.

Do you work with artificial flowers?

If you would like to make changes prior to the this and add- on additional items please contact us as soon as possible. How long will my order take to complete?

Flowers can take 3-4 weeks to dry, and preservation is not a fast process. We aim to complete orders within 15-20 weeks from receipt of flowers, occasionally this turnaround time may be extended (for example in peak wedding season or in instances where there is a heat wave and the temperature is not suitable to work with resin). Trust the process, the wait will be worthwhile.

To care for your items please keep them out of direct sunlight as this can make the colour of your item fade over time.

To clean your item please use warm soapy water and a clean cloth, dry and polish up with a clean dry microfibre cloth.
